The Prema Nilaya Project is a meticulously planned men’s hostel for Medical college, designed to provide happy living and learning facilities to 175 students. Spanning 3358 sq.m (36,160 sq. ft) with a project budget of $1.3 million USD (₹11.45 Cr), the building comprises five floors and features quality finishes, energy-efficient systems, and compliance with national standards for accessibility and safety.

Project Background

Initiated in collaboration with seasoned architects and consultants associated with our institution since 2015, the Prema Nilaya hostel reflects years of expertise in institutional projects. The development aims to meet modern educational requirements while upholding long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.

Project Objectives

Accommodation for 175 male students with comprehensive facilities.
Support optimal learning environments (Intra-net, e-library, separate study zones).
Comply with National Medical Council - India norms, especially for accessibility.
Maximize safety, durability, and overall comfort through design excellence.
Building architecture to resemble the ashram's aesthetics and philosophy.
